Here at Vape d’Ami we know that our website is only a small part of our service and we work our hardest to ensure your goods arrive as quick as possible.

For UK orders we have a variety of shipping methods:-

Royal Mail First Class & Royal Mail Second Class

Orders to the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm will usually be processed that day and delivered in 2 to 4 working days depending on the delivery method selected. Orders placed on a Sunday are processed the following day. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK may take longer to arrive. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays. Unfortunately although we do work some Bank Holidays excluding including New Years Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day, orders will not be posted on bank holidays as post offices are closed. Therefore orders placed will be sent the next working day. 

You will be kept up to date about the progress of your delivery by email and/or text notifications.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us.

Local Delivery

Orders placed for local delivery are only available in the DT3 & DT4 areas only and are charged at a £3.50 flat delivery rate. Same day delivery applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and orders placed after this time will be delivered the next working day. For example if an order is placed at 2pm on a Saturday, this will be delivered the following Monday.
We aim to deliver all orders by no later than 8.30pm.  

Local Pick Up

Orders placed for local pick up are usually ready within 2 hours of placing your order within our opening times. Orders placed after our opening times will be ready the following working day. A text or email notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Our collection address is as follows:-
